
Selection Criteria
The Dutch organizers awarded the U.S. Delegation 500 march slots for 2026. Each year there are more interested registrants than tickets available and selection is tough.
GENERAL NOTES:
- The U.S. Delegation is bound by the rules and regulations of the 4Daagse board and administration. As a result, the U.S. Delegation wishes to strongly affirm that not meeting registration and payment deadlines may result in non-completion of the registration process.

​REGISTRATION:
- Registration is not considered to be completed until final payment has been received.
- Registrants will be selected and payments will be sent in early spring 2026.

- Deadlines apply to all those marching, volunteer support staff, administrative support staff and medical support staff.

​SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Approximately 22-29 teams will be selected for participation.
​
- Returning individuals and teams will be given registration priority.
​​
- The U.S. Delegation selects individuals and teams over the course of February and March.
​​​
​SELECTION NOTIFICATION:
- If a team is selected, the team leader will receive a registration form via email.
​
- After receiving the form back, the delegation will send each individual an email with ticket payment instructions.

- Once selected individual marchers will receive an e-mail with which they registered
